Almogim was established in 1986 by Mr. Ami Bar Mashiach and Mr. Mario Zozel, both graduates of the Technion’ Faculty of Civil Engineering. They shared a mission and love of Israel. Their brave partnership still exists, and they now have a team of about 100 professional and experienced employees, covering many disciplines and who work in synergy and devotion with the founder’s mission. During the company’s first years, we operated mainly as a housing company, playing our role in the major construction projects that resulted from the waves of immigration from the former Soviet Union. Since then, and until the present day, we continue to build and market many high-quality residential projects throughout the country, in locations that have been carefully chosen by us. We place an emphasis on each and every detail during all construction stages, and create added value for each project, based on its occupants and the area it is in. A combination of creativity and construction quality at the highest level helps us guarantee you a good and reliable investment in one of the most important and significant decisions you will make during your life: buying a home.
