The dates of the personal meetings are intended to give each and every one of the winners an opportunity to receive the apartment that suits him/her, since the meetings are determined according to the serial number, postponing a personal meeting is not possible and therefore a personal meeting must be arrived according to the date that was set in advance. However, you can contact the special call center that has been opened for you in order to try to find a solution for exceptional cases.
Due to the nature of the lottery, there may be a situation where the specific apartment you wanted was chosen by your predecessors in the lottery. Therefore, we recommend choosing at least 5 apartments in the project. Please make sure you have chosen as many apartment options as possible before you come to the personal meeting.
The length of the personal meeting - 45 minutes is determined in advance by the Ministry of Housing and is intended to give everyone an equal opportunity. It will not be possible to extend the meeting beyond the appointed time.
Both winning spouses must be present during the apartment selection process. We ask that you make every effort to get to all the meetings together, in order to manage the process in the best and fastest way. If one of you cannot come, he must equip his partner with a power of attorney.
If both spouses cannot attend, a representative can be sent with a notarial power of attorney. The proxy must be equipped with the identity card of the two winners and with the notification of the win.
It is mandatory to bring the following documents to the personal meetings:
1. ID card of all winners + printed photo.
2. Confirmation of winning (sent by email).
3. Confirmation of eligibility.
4. The check for a total of 2,000 NIS for the down payment.

It is not possible to change apartments after the personal meeting in which you will choose an apartment.
There are four steps to canceling the winning and eligibility for the apartment:
1. Upon receipt of the notification of the win. It can be canceled through the Ministry of Housing's website using a username and password.
2. The winning can be canceled before the personal meetings and choosing the apartment through the website of the Ministry of Housing.
3. Once the apartment has been chosen and the deposit paid, it will be possible to cancel the apartment. However, the advance will not be returned.
4. After signing the contract, it will be possible to cancel the purchase of the apartment according to the conditions specified in the contract.
The winners of the price per tenant lotteries are entitled to receive a mortgage under special financing conditions, in order to receive the special financing conditions that you deserve, you must contact one of the banks or independent mortgage consultants with the following information:
1. Confirmation of winning.
2. The price of the apartment you are interested in.
3. The amount of equity you have at your disposal.
After the contract for the apartment is signed, the developer or the Ministry of Housing cannot cancel the winning and the contract that was signed. However, it is important to remember that the winning and eligibility for the apartment will be automatically canceled in the following cases:
1. Failure to show up for the personal meetings.
2. In case you do not choose an apartment during the personal meeting which will last up to 45 minutes.
3. In the event that you do not sign a contract within a period of up to 14 days from the day of selecting the apartment and/or any date approved by the control company and/or the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
