Almogim Or Yam was built in the neighborhood’s western section and is within short walking distance of the central park, lakes, local kindergartens, schools and community centers.

Residents enjoy easy access the neighborhood thanks to its proximity to major highways, the train station and the Caesarea Industrial Park. The neighborhood is connected to Highway 4 and Highway 2, which gives convenient, easy and fast access to Tel Aviv (about 40 minutes) and Haifa (30 minutes). The neighborhood is also close to the Caesarea Industrial Park, where some 100 hi-tech companies are located, only a few minutes’ drive away.

The project is located in the Or Yam neighborhood and is being built as an independent and prosperous living environment, almost a small city within a city, with everything a family needs. Childrens safety is the most import factor in the project’s planning, so the neighborhood was designed so that there would be no need to cross roads to reach the area’s new and excellent educational and community institutions, the sports fields, the community center or the park. The neighborhood will be even more enriched by artificial lakes and the development of an extremely green and rich surrounding environment.

Or Yam’s ideal location between Highway 2 and Highway 4, adds to its many advantages: a short walk along the neighborhood’s paths or just a short drive will bring you to the spectacular beaches of Carmel and Caesarea. You can reach Hadera in just two minutes, Netanya’s employment areas in just 10 minutes, Route 6 is just 12 minutes away and Tel Aviv and Haifa are only a 30 – 40-minute drive from the project. Also, many companies associated with the project will operate shuttle services between places of work and Or Yam, making life for residents even easier.

The city, the neighborhood and the area

Or Yam covers an area of 1060 dunams (265 acres) between the Orot Rabin neighborhood, the beach road, Palim junction and Highway 4. The neighborhood is part of a joint venture with the Caesarea Development Company in cooperation with the Or Akiva Municipality. The neighborhood includes a diverse and superior residential complex, with a park that runs along its entire length and a meticulously planned and developed living environment which combines many public areas, alongside a wide range of excellent educational, community and commercial services.

One of the guiding principles behind the neighborhood’s planning was the establishment of an independent education system with 4 educational complexes, including schools and kindergartens, which can be reached in a safe and convenient way via pedestrian paths and without having to cross any roads. The infrastructure will be developed so that the maximum distance to elementary schools will be no more than 350 meters. In the future, a faculty of medicine is also expected to be built in the area.

The neighborhood is designed so that almost half of it will be surrounded by green areas. Also planned are two ecological lakes , a nearby country club, a fitness and sports center, commercial areas and a wide variety of entertainment and leisure options. All of this is in addition to the sports fields, a bicycle adventure park, community gardens, playgrounds, dog parks and more, all of which will enrich the area even more.

Also planned are a number of commercial centers covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters which will serve the neighborhood and its residents. These will also be accessible by the pedestrian and bicycle path systems, providing convenient, fast and safe access.
