The magic awakens in the best location in Carmel

The “Oscar Schindler 3” residential project was born in a perfect location on the first front facing the open landscape, in one of the most magical spots in Haifa – in the north of the established and prestigious Dania neighborhood.
The project is located next to green public areas without future construction, which allows its residents an open facade facing the landscape.

To strengthen the spectacular landscape effect, the international architect Sami Tito designed the project using the panorama triangle method, which allows three directions of air and view from each apartment, as well as panoramic balconies overlooking the Haifa Bay and the Carmel forests. It was joined by other leaders from the worlds of architecture and interior design, and accordingly: the Tel Aviv designer and architect Nirit Brenner created extremely impressive public spaces and did not overlook the magnificent lobby at the entrance, a rich multi-story lobby and an embracing residents’ lounge.

To complete the general atmosphere in the creative project, expert Nietzsche Stroich took care of the design of the building and the apartments using the feng shui method.

Dania, also known as Hod Carmel, a neighborhood in the southern mountainous part of Haifa, is part of the chain of prestigious flagship neighborhoods of the northern city. Dania (and its adjacent neighborhoods) constitutes the most established residential district of the Haifa metropolis, and its population includes the most influential figures in the urban economy.

The neighborhood enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view, clean air and the display of the largest and most beautiful houses on the Carmel. In the center of Dania is a green park, and its location – only 10 minutes from the entertainment, leisure and shopping centers of the Carmel and Nesher, as well as the connecting Carmel tunnels.
