The History

THE HISTORY

We are proud and privileged to be partners in this exceptional, historic project. The area, with Rav Kook’s historic synagogue at its heart, played a central role in the cultural, social and religious life of the first Jewish neighborhood outside of Old Jaffa at the end of the 19^th century and the beginning of the 20^th century. For us, this is one of our flagship projects for the coming years. It is one of immense historical and cultural importance combining innovation and creativity in Tel Aviv’s most unique neighborhood.

The Design

THE DESIGN

Rav Kook Neve Tzedek successfully combines the past, present and future into unique and inspiring architectural art. Out of respect for the site’s long and significant history, the project was designed to reflect the site’s heritage and spirit through modern architecture that integrates the original work of the 19th century artists, including metal and wood and wall paintings. The buildings listed for conservation have been reverently and carefully restored and stand in complete harmony next to the modern building with its innovative design. The modern and the old merge together becoming an integral element of the picturesque and aesthetic atmosphere of the entire neighborhood.

The Area

THE AREA

Rav Kook Neve Tzedek is located in the southwestern part of this charming neighborhood. The project was built as a total design concept in a large, three dunam (³/₄ acre) area. It includes the construction of a private complex of 5 buildings, built around internal courtyards and on the sea front. The project includes 26 housing units with a total area of 4,000 square meters, as well as commercial areas of 740 square meters.

Thanks to its historic, unique character, and its attractive location near the seashore, between Jaffa and Tel Aviv, the Neve Tzedek neighborhood is one of the country’s most expensive and desirable residential neighborhoods.

What’s included in the project

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT

The project will include a limited number of large, spacious carefully planned apartments, all with the creative design associated with Almogim. There will be a number of communal areas including a health club, a spa, an inner courtyard with a spectacular reflecting pool, and a reconstruction of the historic synagogue. Residents of Rav Kook Neve Tzedek will enjoy luxury boutique residences, in Tel Aviv’s most magical neighborhood.
