First you must issue a certificate of eligibility at one of the three registration companies throughout the country: Alonim (from the MGROUP group) or Milgam or Amidar. You can choose the company that suits you. You can issue the eligibility certificate online through the website or at the branches.

Issuing the certificate of eligibility takes up to 10 working days from the date of submission of the application, so it is suggested to register early.

Almogam Company will schedule the winners according to their serial position in the lottery for choosing the apartment. At this stage, the winners will present the required references such as: notice of winning, ID card, etc. Also, at this stage the buyers will sign the apartment selection form – this form will be the basis for preparing a sales contract for the apartment and the buyer will not be able to change the selection. Failure to arrive at the time and date set for the “selection of the apartment” meeting will cancel your right to choose an apartment (according to Ministry procedures construction and housing). It is emphasized that during the selection of the apartment, all the winners listed on the winning confirmation form must be present, or a representative on their behalf accompanied by a notary power of attorney. At the end of this procedure, a date for signing the purchase contract will be agreed upon with you – however, it will be possible to sign a purchase contract even at this stage.

After you have arrived on the day of selecting the apartment according to the company’s summons, you will have to choose the apartment you want to purchase from the variety of apartments offered as part of the tenant price plan
The order of choosing the apartments is according to the serial number that appeared in the lottery, in ascending order (the winner with the lowest serial number chooses first, and so on).

For your information, it is not possible to change the order of choosing the housing units.

When it is your turn to choose the apartment according to the date that will be set for you, you will be allotted 45 minutes to choose an apartment.

At the time of choosing the apartment and signing the contract, the presence of both spouses will be required, they must come with ID cards and checkbooks.

The signature status mentioned in this section is for signing the contract only.
