Pardesia is a rural settlement located east of highway 4, about 2 km southeast of the Sharon intersection. The settlement received the Decade Award for Excellence on behalf of the Council for Beautiful Israel, and maintains a rural character and low construction.
In Pardesia, old families live alongside affluent young families who enjoy a cohesive community life, public institutions and education for the well-being of the residents, a high school to which there are organized shuttles from the council for Bnei Dror, rural restaurants and nearby recreation places in the atmosphere of connection to nature.
The settlement, which is within touching distance of Highway 4 and Highway 6, connects the project to Tel Aviv in 30 minutes. In 8 minutes you can be in Ra’anana and Kfar Saba and in a 10 minute drive you can be in the industrial areas of Netanya and Poleg, which will allow you to be close to places of work, entertainment and leisure.
Pardesia has about 1,600 households, while another 1,200 new housing units are approved for construction in the settlement. This is within the council’s commitment to preserving the special character of rural life of the settlement. The council boasts of excellence in a variety of core areas of each community – an award for the financial management of the council, a badge of excellence for a contribution to the community on behalf of the Israel the Beautiful Council and an award for volunteering in the community, which testifies to the warm connection between the residents.
