Bringing a message of superior apartments to the Carmel

We saved the best for the connoisseurs

Emek HaCarmel RESERVE, the new and exciting project in the Emek HaCarmel neighborhood of Nesher close to Haifa, joins the projects developed by Almogim in the neighborhood’s two earlier phases, both of which have become an unprecedented success story in Nesher and the surrounding area. This is a new message for urban development at the foot of the Carmel, and one that leads the changes that the entire region is undergoing. The project is part of a groundbreaking development by “Almogim” in collaboration with Nesher Municipality, that aims to encourage the city’s development. As a result, and as the area revives and expands, Nesher has been on the radar of investors and buyers for the past few years, and experts in the real estate market estimate that apartment buyers in Nesher are expected to benefit from increased prosperity and significant price increases in the coming years.

Apartments in Emek HaCarmel RESERVE

The Emek HaCarmel RESERVE project was planned and designed by the Israeli branch of the award-winning French-Israeli architecture firm Altman Bouchen, and offers you a choice of 3, 4, 4.5, 5 and 5.5 room apartments, as well as roof apartments and unique garden apartments. Each apartment has a large balcony, parking and private storage. All the apartments have a unique architectural line, an elegant and clean design and are equipped with rich technical specifications, which emphasize the contemporary elements and high-quality materials that Almogim carefully incorporates carefully into each apartment and building down to the smallest details.

The project has 369 apartments located in 12 exquisitely designed boutique 6-9 floor buildings, standing around a green park and open public areas which were carefully designed with much creative thinking to provide the best possible environment for the residents wellbeing. It includes a wonderful, illuminated fountain, bike paths, playgrounds and many contemporary design elements.

Because of its winning location

The location of the Emek HaCarmel neighborhood, at the entrance to Nesher, guarantees you maximum accessibility to main traffic arteries, the Carmel tunnels and the strategic Check Post intersection.

In the near future, a new road that will connect Bar Yehuda Road to Route 79 will be opened. This will significantly shorten travel time to the Krayot bypass road  and Route 6. The construction of Haifa’s new cable car, connecting the Check Post area to the Technion and the University, will also be completed soon. Thanks to the new neighborhood’s excellent location, you can enjoy plenty of work opportunities, as well as endless recreation, culture and leisure opportunities, all within a few minutes’ drive from home. Nesher will soon be connected to the metropolitan public transport system (light railway)  which operates throughout the week and connects Haifa and the Krayot area to the Bar Yehuda axis, close to Emek HaCarmel.

In addition to this, a new train station is expected to open soon  on the Emek line, part of the Haifa-Afula and Beit Shean line. The new station will be close to the “Mivneh” complex and will shorten travel time to the heart of the Bay area and Haifa. It will save you the frustration of standing in endless traffic jams and help  improve the quality of your life and the surrounding air (less traffic = less pollution).
